How to use our dealer portal

Navigation menus

The ‘Products’ menu displays the categories for all the products we can offer you.
The brand menus (eg. Metalicon) display the categories for that brand only.
Simply click the range title tile to view the products in that range.

Finishes / Options

Hover over the price group header (eg. G2) to see the finishes / options that determine that price.

To see all the available finishes / options for a range simply click on the red price group header (eg. G2). The finishes will load in a new browser tab.

Live stock feed

Click the ‘Live Stock Feed’ link to see an up-to-date record of our stocked products, quantities, and dates when new stock is likely to arrive. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or it looks like stock levels are unusually low, please contact our customer support team: +44 (0)1502 533 433

Product search

Use the ‘Search’ box to search for a particular product code (eg. PMA521) or a product range (eg. Kardo).

Please note: The search function will not search product descriptions.

Resource download links

You can access images, technical information and CAD files (including SketchUp) for each range using the ‘Downloads’ links in red under the range title.

Export price lists

You can export prices for each product range by clicking the links at the top right of the page. Choose Export to PDF or Export to XLXS (Microsoft Excel spreadsheet).

Please note: It is not possible to export the entire price list.

Our popular Levo monitor arm from Metalicon has been redesigned with a unique connector pin system that makes it easy to reconfigure the arm for two screens, using the updated dual screen mount.

Our in-house designers have reconfigured the VESA head to remove the ratchet mechanism and large adjustment handle. The new head can tilt through 117º and rotate through 360º giving the user increased control in positioning their monitor where they need it.

To reconfigure the arm for dual screens simply remove the locking cover and push out the connector pin to add the dual screen mount. This innovative design feature separates Levo from other dynamic monitor arms on the market.

The redesigned quick-release dual screen mount converts the Levo arm from single to supporting two screens, whilst still allowing a full range of adjustment throughout. The twin rail is now straight to prevent the monitors from encroaching too far onto the desktop.

The one-touch easy position adjustment is ideal for shared or hotdesk workspaces and is enabled by Levo’s smooth gas lift. On the dual screen mount the ‘lift and slide’ VESA head adjustment makes it easy to position screens whilst the handle aids positioning.

Levo can be converted to a raised laptop holder with our universal VESA mount. The laptop holder supports devices up to 10kg in weight.

The Parthos table collection includes meeting tables, high tables and coffee tables in different sizes. The wide selection gives plenty of creative options for creating different functional spaces and maintaining a consistent style throughout the interior.

Round power units can be integrated into the single column meeting tables for easy charging of devices. For two and three column meeting tables, you can choose a rectangular metal table grommet alongside Powerlink under‑desk power modules with various socket options.

You can choose the height, tabletop size, finish and number of columns. The wide range of 12 PET felt colours is another important distinctive quality of the collection.

New magnetic Linx cable management spine

The Metalicon Linx cable management spine is now even quicker and easier to install with the new Limpet magnetic fixing. Now you can attach cable management anywhere on metal cable trays or desk frames – easily relocated or reconfigured if required.

The unique ‘twist not pull’ linking system ensures the Linx vertebrae will never pull apart under tension, but will detach very easily when twisted sideways. This ensures that Linx never comes apart while in use, but remains incredibly easy to extend and manipulate when needed.

The alternative fixing clamp allows Linx to be attached to wire cable baskets or screwed to the underside of the desktop.

Choose from different length spines for fixed height or standing desks or without the base for use between cable trays on height adjustable benches.
