Arrow Group’s name change to Formetiq marks a strategic shift toward in-house furniture manufacturing

Arrow Group proudly announces that we are changing our name to Formetiq®. The name change reflects our strategic evolution from a furniture wholesaler to a dedicated manufacturer and producer of our own intelligently designed, in-house furniture.

For years, the Formetiq® brand has been the cornerstone of our product offerings, delivering high-quality, flexible, and comfortable workspace solutions—such as the SYSTM® modular desking and Havana seating ranges. By adopting Formetiq® as our primary corporate identity, we are aligning our name with our true passion: designing and building exceptional workplace environments.

“This is an exciting milestone in our company’s history,” said Sales Director Ronnie Temple. “After decades of successful wholesaling, we have increasingly focused our investments and expertise on designing and manufacturing our own furniture. Transitioning our name from Arrow Group to Formetiq® makes perfect sense. It reflects our evolution from a distributor to a creator, allowing us to have complete control over the quality, design, and sustainability of the products we bring to the modern workspace.”

‘It reflects our evolution from a distributor to a creator, allowing us to have complete control over the quality, design, and sustainability of the products we bring to the modern workspace.’

While our name is changing, our commitment to our global network of dealers and trade partners remains stronger than ever. Operating out of our Suffolk headquarters and continuing to hold substantial inventory to support fast turnaround times, Formetiq® will continue to provide the same industry-leading trade pricing and dedicated dealer support that you our partners have come to expect. We will also continue to offer our popular Metalicon® range of ergonomic workspace solutions.

The rebranding initiative will be rolled out across our website, dealer portal, and marketing materials over the coming weeks. Our core mission remains unchanged: to manufacture intelligently designed workspace furniture that empowers people to work happy and work well.

About Formetiq® (formerly Arrow Group):

Our vision is to shape the future of work through furniture design that is both intelligent and enduring. We believe workplaces should do more than simply function, they should feel intuitive and cohesive, with future needs in mind. That belief drives our approach to creating furniture solutions that are not only fit for today, but adaptable for what comes next.

Everything we design is guided by three core beliefs. It must look beautiful, bringing a refined and confident aesthetic to every product. It must work intuitively, supporting the people who use it with clarity and ease. And it must be realised through the most resource-effective approach, where intelligent design minimises waste, works well as a system and maximises longevity.

This is how Formetiq delivers furniture design solutions that are trusted for the next generation of work.

Space Planning + Design

Elevate your workspace projects with our space planning and design service

Did you know our designers can help you create a functional and on-trend workspace layout, from initial concepts to detailed plans and 3D visualisations? Thanks to the wide variety of desk, table and storage shapes and sizes in our furniture ranges, you can plan the layout exactly the way your customers want it.

From concept to 3D visualisation

For commercial furniture dealers, the challenge often lies in helping a client see the potential of an empty room. Our space planning and design service bridges that gap by transforming abstract ideas into concrete visual realities. Our designers assist you in creating layouts that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. By providing 3D visualisations, we give your customers the confidence to move forward, knowing exactly how their furniture will fit and function within their specific environment.

Optimised for productivity and wellbeing

The modern workplace is more than just a place to sit; it is a tool for business success. We can help you optimise your workspace project to specifically increase productivity and employee wellbeing. By strategically utilising our growing range of Formetiq furniture and Metalicon accessories, we ensure that every layout supports the health and efficiency of the end-user. Whether the goal is to foster collaboration or provide quiet zones for deep work, our plans are tailored to meet these essential human needs.

Versatile solutions for every client

No two clients have the same requirements, which is why variety is at the core of our offering. Because our furniture ranges include a wide variety of desk, table, and storage shapes and sizes, you have the flexibility to design bespoke solutions. Our detailed plans allow you to account for every square inch of a floor plan, ensuring that the final installation is as efficient as it is stylish.

By partnering with us, you gain access to professional design expertise that helps you deliver on-trend workspaces that stand out in a competitive market.
